We’ve got a limited number of places available for the Great North Run 2024 and we’d love you to be part of team SHC supporting Sheffield’s NHS.
Entry costs just £30 with a minimum sponsorship target of £350

Registration fees are non-refundable.
Third party events are organised by a third-party provider who is responsible for organising the event and event logistics, Sheffield Hospitals Charity accepts no responsibility for the organisation or running of the event.
By signing up to this event, you agree that your details will be shared with a third-party provider for them to process your registration and contact you about the event
As part of the registration process, you may be sent a portal activation link. It is your responsibility to activate your place, which will enable you to receive your runner number and take part in the race. If you do not activate your place, you will not be able to take part in the event and Sheffield Hospitals Charity accepts no responsibility for this. We will not offer refunds for those who are unable to take part in the race due to not activating their registration.
You will make every effort to meet the minimum fundraising target and deadline set by the charity. If you do not meet the minimum fundraising target ahead of the event day, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel your place
You will send any funds raised directly to the charity within the timeframe agreed
The charity will not accept any liability or responsibility for your taking part in this event and it is your responsibility to train sensibly and appropriately for the event and your fitness levels
By attending the event you acknowledge that photographs and filming may take place at the Event. Sheffield Hospitals Charity reserves the right to use images and videos recorded at the Event in future marketing materials, including social media channels, websites, and print material, without obtaining any further approval from you or making any payment to you. If you do not wish your photograph to be taken at an event, please notify the photographer during the Event.
For some events, runners will have to provide a medical certificate to be able to run, this can be obtained from you GP and a template for this is on the official website. You will be made aware of this during your booking process.
