Sheffield Hospitals Charity has appointed Greg Van Heeswijk as Director of Fundraising, strengthening the charity’s leadership team for their next phase of growth.
Greg has worked in the charity sector for the past 15 years, beginning his career at Cancer Research UK retail in Sheffield, before moving to St Luke’s Hospice as Events Manager. His latest role was Director of Fundraising and Communications at Team Domenica in Brighton, supporting people with learning difficulties into paid work where he completed at £4.3m project establishing their new education centre and training hub.
With a proven track record in building strong donor relationships and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals, Greg brings a wealth of experience and passion to the role.
In their new position, Greg will lead the fundraising strategy, strengthen partnerships, and champion standout initiatives to ensure the team continues to make a lasting impact on healthcare in Sheffield.
