Sheffield Hospitals Charity are thrilled to have the support of ambassador Joe Scarborough through his latest exhibition, “Then and Now”. The exhibition is celebrating six decades of work from one of Sheffield’s most loved artists.
The exhibition, which opened on the 28th July at the Workstation in Sheffield, includes works all the way from 1960 all through to the present day. It includes both original oil and watercolour paintings. It will be open for 10 weeks until the 19th September, Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm, and 10% of all sale proceeds will be donated to the charity.
Joe, who still lives in Sheffield to this day, is one of the city’s most-loved artists, and is well known for his humorous depictions of life in South Yorkshire. His largest work, “Sheffield Through the Ages” can be seen at Weston Park Museum. The charity is honoured that Joe has chosen to support our work through this wonderful collection.
