Say thank you to our NHS
Carole was wonderful on Saturday morning looking after my mum. She showed such genuine compassion and empathy. Gave my mum a bed bath and really looked after her and made her feel good. So heartwarming to know that she’s getting such good care.
Thank you so much to everyone involved in my care through pregnancy and birth. I am so so grateful to be spending my first Christmas with my beautiful rainbow baby and it's all thanks to you lovely people!
At the very start of March 2020 before lockdown started my mum was the first person admitted to the NGH due to covid. She was soon transfered to RHH where she was looked after by an amazing group of people on the Infectious diseases ward, they put their own lives at risk to look after my mum and many others in this situation for many many months after. My mum was given 72 hours to live - with the outstanding care she received she made it home 6 weeks later! I want to thank each and every hard working unselfish member of staff on that ward a huge and massive thank you x
Thank you to you Jai for your part in making the birth of our second baby a really positive experience. After challenges with the birth of my first baby I was apprehensive about my recovery and hospital stay this time round. However your kindness, care and positivity during the night shift made a huge difference to what has been a very positive experience. Knowing I was in your care left me feeling supported and safe - I felt that I could have asked for anything I needed and even in the early hours it was lovely to see your friendly face pop round the curtain! Thank you for being such a fantastic part of our care team 😊
Thank you for looking after my elderly Mum who has Alzheimers. You kept her safe, she enjoyed putting her apron on and folding linens to ‘help’ you. You got her through pneumonia and Norovirus, and I am so grateful for that. Such love and respect didn’t go unnoticed.
Thank you for saving my mums life after a bad fall and cardiac arrest. Forever grateful. The ambulance crew, A&E staff and Chesterman 3. Caring, professional and lovely people.
